On December 13, 2022, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis appointed a statewide Grand Jury to investigate whether crimes or wrongdoing were committed against Floridians regarding the COVID-19 vaccine. The information below highlights a lot of the key findings of the Grand Jury in their initial presentment. However, I didn't go into much detail regarding what the jury said before they released their preliminary findings. To sum it up, they realized that in order to investigate the true nature of whether or not a crime was committed regarding the vaccine, they had to look into the rest of what happened.
The question remains whether or not they will find that the initial mandates, manufacturing, clinical trials, etc., violated laws or statutes. Then, whether they will continue past the initial recommendations, etc.? Through the continuation of the program today? Do they find that continuing to recommend these shots with the breadth of knowledge they have on hand is criminal in nature, given the risks? Do they find that people blatantly ignored information available to continue to push the shots, even after knowing the harm they cause?
There are a few clues in the report. The paragraph below is key:
It gives us some idea of where we are headed here. They are not just looking at the initial flurry to get these vaccines in everyone's arms but will analyze how the data should have shaped those decisions moving forward. And, if the rest of this very preliminary report is any indication, they will find favor in favor of real science, not the tyrannical kind that came with COVID. The other point I wanted to make is regarding this next section, which made me sigh. To me, any tiny little concession on the safety and efficacy of these things is just a big no-no, but the rest of the report seems to clear up any worry I may have had. It's also important to note that the Grand Jury is using definitions of words in ways normal humans don't, which should inform us moving forward. The FDA and CDC have very different definitions of "safety" and "effectiveness" than normal humans.

And, with this being said, of course, and as always, I recommend you read the entire presentment for yourselves. It is a breath of fresh air to see codified what many of us said from the very beginning. It is also important to note that it could be possible that all we receive from the Grand Jury are these presentments and no criminal indictments. Even with that being said, take heart, ye scientists and journalists; because of you, there is a wealth of public information available to the Grand Jury they would not have had otherwise, given people are declining to testify (like the CDC, for example.) But every step forward here is a step closer than we have been—and that is a huge positive.

The first presentation of the FL Grand Jury investigating COVID. Note: they state they aren’t finished yet. I will offer my perspective and thoughts once I’ve read this.
Federal officials and agencies refused to testify and can’t be compelled. Further, the report acknowledges inflated numbers due to cash incentives benefitting hospitals.
Grand Jury acknowledges inflated death numbers arising from passing “with” rather than “from” COVID.
Additionally, acknowledges a cash “death” benefit granting hospitals and families who agreed to “COVID” death a financial incentive.
What was the actual IFR (Infection Fatality Rate)? This Grand Jury, through testimony, got to as accurate a number as they could —
Comorbidities? Not the biggest predictor of fatality. Age dwarfs them. They criticize the CDC for attempting “simplicity over accuracy.”
Attempts by proponents of lockdowns, school closures, etc, to “memory hole” COVID decisions, stating they didn’t have scientific data, are futile. Data was available—it was ignored and attacked. It wasn’t an “information” problem. It was a “judgment” problem.
Lockdowns were acknowledged not to have a net benefit and be implausible in stopping the spread—but media coming out of China changed the minds of the people, saying they didn’t work. In short, they were useless in stopping the spread, and in small targeted areas *may* have postponed spread—or “flattened” the curve. The result would always be the same—infection. It’s just how long it would’ve taken.
They deconstruct the “studies” the CDC uses to inflate and manufacture the efficacy of masks. They do a good job.
There should’ve been an RCT on the efficacy of masks—but the CDC said no one thought to run one. So, the Grand Jury cites a meta-analysis by Cochrane.
Officials in our taxpayer-funded agencies knew masks had little to no efficacy in stopping or slowing the spread of COVID. They just wanted to control you. Read it. Absorb it. Understand it. Vow to let it never happen again.
They even address the “spittle” defense the Fauci’s of the world made about stopping you from spitting and spreading the virus.
And another reason for inefficacy—COVID is spread via aerosol. Read this.
They knew it spread this way, but it was never discussed, and they knew in 2020. The Grand Jury states the inefficacy of masks (even N95 again) and questions whether we’d have the plexiglass shields that separate us everywhere STILL if the truth was known. (They wanted to control you.)
The fact this was hidden actually HARMED high-risk people into feeling they were safe when…they weren’t. Wearing a mask does not protect you.
Since they knew it was aerosolized, they also knew that “social distancing” was useless and people should’ve been more focused on ventilation, if anything. So, no—there was no good logical reason to stand 6 feet away from each other or have to sit in chairs in circles or not be allowed to GO TO A PARK. OR A FUNERAL. OR CHURCH!
It was safest on planes and in hospitals due to HEPA. Tyrants took over.
