#10 Arizona Judge: Defamation Lawsuit Against Kari Lake to Move Forward - Howard Fischer for the AZ Daily Sun

In an extensive ruling Wednesday, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Jay Adleman said it is clear that the claims made by the failed Republican candidate for governor that Richer had sabotaged the election were not, as her lawyers claim, “mere rhetorical hyperbole.’’ “In point of fact, defendant Lake’s statements regarding improper 19-inch ballots and/or the existence of 300,000 fraudulent ballots may be discerned by a factfinder as either true or false when considered in the light of any available evidence,’’ the judge wrote. “These statements constitute assertions of fact that are actionable under prevailing Arizona law.’’

#9 California City Cancels Pride Month, Black History Month, Women’s History Month - Joel B Pollak for Breitbart

The city of Huntington Beach, California, one of the last conservative strongholds in the deep-blue state, has voted to cancel all of the separate month-long celebrations for various identity groups in favor of a celebration of the common history of the town. The City Council’s majority on Tuesday night directed city staffers to develop a history program with monthly themes that include the founding of the city, the discovery of oil, and celebrating local libraries. The city in 2024 won’t formally celebrate Black History Month, Women’s History Month or Pride Month.

#8 Under Argentina’s New President, Fuel Is Up 60%, and Diaper Prices Have Doubled - DNYUZ

Mr. Milei has warned Argentines that his plans to shrink the government and remake the economy would hurt at first. “I prefer to tell you the uncomfortable truth rather than a comfortable lie,” he said in his inaugural address, adding this past week that he wanted to end the country’s “model of decline.” Argentina’s economy has been mired in crisis for years, with chronic inflation, rising poverty, and a currency that has plunged in value. The economic turmoil paved the way to the presidency for Mr. Milei, a political outsider who had spent years as an economist and television pundit railing against what he called corrupt politicians who had destroyed the economy, often for personal gain.

#7 Marjorie Taylor Greene Targeted by Failed Christmas Swatting Attempt - Hannah Schoenbaum for AP News

Republican U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene was the target of a swatting attempt at her Georgia residence on Christmas morning, the congresswoman and local police said, marking the latest instance of someone calling in a fake emergency to draw armed officers or SWAT teams to her home.  The Rome Police Department quickly verified that the call was a hoax and did not send officers to the house, department spokesperson Kelly Madden said. “I was just swatted. This is like the 8th time. On Christmas with my family here. My local police are the GREATEST and shouldn’t have to deal with this,” Greene wrote in a post on X, formerly Twitter.

#6 Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo - TownHall.com on X

"If it had been known two years ago or so that this vaccine would increase cardiac deaths in young men by 84%, would they have approved it? The obvious answer is no."

#5 Spirit Airlines Put an Unaccompanied Child on the Wrong Plane - By Cristian Santana and Daniel Arkin for NBC News

Spirit Airlines has apologized after it mistakenly put an unaccompanied 6-year-old, who was flying for the first time, on the wrong flight during the holiday season travel rush.
The child was supposed to fly from Philadelphia International Airport to Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers on Thursday. But the minor was “incorrectly boarded” on a flight to Orlando, according to the airline. “The child was always under the care and supervision of a Spirit Team Member, and as soon as we discovered the error, we took immediate steps to communicate with the family and reconnect them,” Spirit said in a statement Saturday. Spirit did not provide any information about the child or explain how the mistake happened. WINK-TV, a television station in Fort Myers, identified the child as a 6-year-old first-time flyer who was supposed to visit his grandmother. “I ran inside the plane to the flight attendant, and I asked her, ‘Where’s my grandson? He was handed over to you at Philadelphia?’ Can you imagine??

#4 Report: Biden Administration Officials Tried to Hide Chinese Spy Balloon Incident - Amy Furr for Breitbart

The Biden administration hoped to keep the Chinese spy balloon incident a secret and let the device move along without alerting anyone, NBC News revealed Friday. “Before it was spotted publicly, there was the intention to study it and let it pass over and not ever tell anyone about it,” a former official explained to NBC News. President Joe Biden (D) eventually had the balloon, which traveled across the continental United States, shot down after it reportedly collected intelligence from sensitive military sites, Breitbart News reported. “The balloon was not shot down until February 4 — after it had made a several-day journey across the states and potentially over other sensitive military sites and exited over South Carolina to the Atlantic Ocean,” the outlet stated in April.

#3 MacIntyre: Cultural Neutrality is a Dangerous Lie — and it Never Existed - Auron Macyntire for Blaze Media

One of the more encouraging phenomena over the last few years has been the growing awareness around the radical progressive indoctrination of children and young people in the United States. In some ways, it was impossible to avoid, as woke propaganda became the default message of every movie, television show, book, and video game. When every corporation and sports team is wrapping its logo in a rainbow flag, the message is not exactly subtle.

Conservatives are becoming more comfortable with pushing back against an ideology that is hostile to their values and to their children’s well-being, but they still fail to grasp how that ideology was allowed to take hold in the first place. The question is not: Should your society transmit values through its institutions? The question is: What values will your society transmit through its institutions? A positive vision is the only thing that will protect American institutions from hostile ideology, and conservatives must provide one if they intend to retake their country.

#2 Your Car Stores Your Text Messages - Law Enforcement Can Retrieve Them Anytime, Following Federally Rejected Lawsuit - Stefanie Ladner for The Western Journal

A class-action lawsuit brought against the car manufacturers Ford, General Motors, Honda, Toyota, and Volkswagen asserted that under the Washington State Privacy Act, drivers’ privacy had been violated due to the fact that “the vehicle’s system downloads all text messages and call logs from Plaintiffs’ cellphones as soon as they are connected.” “If text messages or call logs are deleted from a cellphone, the vehicle nevertheless retains the communications on the vehicle’s onboard memory, even after the cellphone is disconnected. Vehicle owners cannot access or delete their personal information once it has been stored,” the court said of the plaintiffs’ complaint. The team researched 25 car brands and concluded, “Every car brand we looked at collects more personal data than necessary and uses that information for a reason other than to operate your vehicle and manage their relationship with you.

Even more alarming, they discovered that 84 percent of the car brands they reviewed share or sell that data, according to the report.

#1 Australian Docs Peer-Reviewed Study: Gene-Based COVID Jabs Cause Excess Mortality Must be Stopped - Tracy Beanz and Michelle Edwards for The Highwire

Following their investigation, the study authors, two Australian physicians, Dr. Peter Rhodes and Dr. Peter Parry, immediately confirm the lack of efficacy against infection and transmission displayed by the toxic jabs as well as the equivalent benefits of natural immunity over the unethical mandatory and forced nature of the gene-based shots. They note that innate immunity is a form of individual freedom and is also the context in which all vaccine development should occur. Especially gene-damaging experimental vaccines. For those still blind to the deception, let’s not forget that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has denied and swept under the rug the fact the jabs are gene therapy.
