The federal government no longer boldly states that your cellphone is safe. Read that again. In late 2025, the FDA quietly scrubbed long-standing web pages aimed to assure the public that cell phone radiation poses no harm. The significant removal came with no announcement, no press conference. The information is just gone. The same week, in what appears to be a clear pivot, the Department of Health and Human Services—now under the direction of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.—announced it will launch a new study to assess the safety of cell phone radiation.

#3 FDA Relaxes Labeling Rules on ‘No Artificial Colors’ Claims Amid Crackdown - Bonny Chu for Fox News, Thomas Sowell Quotes, Dr. Marty Makary, Healthbot, and U.S. FDA on X

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced Thursday it will relax federal regulations regulating when companies may label products as free of artificial coloring. The FDA said businesses can now label products as having "no artificial colors" if the coloring is natural or plant-based. "Companies will now have flexibility to claim products contain ‘no artificial colors’ when the products do not contain petroleum-based colors," the FDA said. "In the past, companies were generally only able to make such claims when their products had no added color whatsoever — whether derived from natural sources or otherwise."  Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. praised the policy shift, saying it will ease the transition for companies while advancing efforts to make food safer...

A bill making its way through the Florida House and Senate has some water advocates concerned that it's violating the First Amendment.  House Bill 433 (Section 47) and Senate Bill 290 (Section 48) spell out a new non-disparagement law for agriculture. This would mean that Floridians could be sued if they knowingly spread false information about agricultural products or practices. Advocates against the bill say this is a free speech violation, while the bill's sponsors say truth matters, especially with food supply...

The show’s "Daily Showography" series detailed Newsom’s rise to power, beginning with his launch of a winery, as the narrator said, "With nothing but his grit, his refined palate and the financial backing of an oil tycoon." After noting Newsom’s ascent from mayor of San Francisco to governor, the narrator also pointed to some of his "setbacks," specifically during the COVID-19 pandemic. "But Governor Newsom has also faced setbacks, like having to hide half of his moneymaker during the pandemic and making some hard choices, like limiting public gatherings," the narrator said. "Well, most public gatherings."

The Trump administration is moving forward with a field test of a citizenship question as part of early 2030 U.S. Census planning, raising fresh alarm that the question could make a comeback after being blocked in 2019. The change is part of a broader push to reshape how the U.S. counts its people, and reduce the practice of counting undocumented immigrants to determine congressional apportionment, Electoral College votes, and the distribution of $2.8 trillion in federal funds. Any change that alters who gets counted can shift political power and resources across states...
