Investor Kevin O'Leary called on President Donald Trump to impose even more punishing tariffs on China on Tuesday as the Trump administration continues to hold the line on its trade policies in the wake of severe market volatility.

"104% tariffs against China are not enough. I'm advocating 400%," O'Leary said in an interview on CNN. "I do business in China. They don't play by the rules. They've been in the WTO for decades. They have never abided by any of the rules they agreed to when they came in for decades. They cheat, they steal, they steal IP, I can't litigate in their courts." Press secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed on Tuesday that an additional 104% tariff on Chinese imports will be imposed on Wednesday. In Tuesday’s press briefing, Leavitt also reiterated Trump’s belief that China is looking to make a deal...

President Donald Trump on Wednesday directed his Justice Department to investigate two senior officials from his first administration who became critics. During his presidential campaign and in his first months in office, Trump threatened to investigate his political enemies, but the presidential memoranda he signed before the media in the Oval Office appear to be his first formal directive. One of Trump’s targets is Miles Taylor, who wrote an anonymous New York Times op-ed titled “I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration” in 2018 and the tell-all book “A Warning” in 2019. He also launched a group called the Republican Political Alliance for Integrity and Reform, or REPAIR, and endorsed former President Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election...

#5 Tucker Carlson’s Jaw Drops as Alex Jones Claims He Predicted 9/11... Then the Government ‘Did the Unthinkable' - Stephen M. Lepore for dailymail.com, Alex Jones, Darrin McBreen, Harrison H. Smith/Tucker Carlson,

Tucker Carlson praised Alex Jones for 'predicting' the September 11, 2001 attacks on America before the federal government tried 'to destroy' the commentator and far-right conspiracy theorist. On September 11, 2001, Jones said on his radio show that there was a '98 percent chance [the 9/11 attacks] was a government-orchestrated controlled bombing.' He set about spreading the conspiracy theory that the George Bush administration was behind the most deadly terrorist attack on US soil and would go on to become a leading figure in the '9/11 truther' movement. Carlson, interviewing Jones for his show on X, referenced a clip in summer of 2001 where Jones suggests that if a terror event was coming, it would be done 'by our government' and blamed on 'boogieman' Osama bin Laden...

#4 Trump Signs Executive Order on Water Pressure to ‘Restore Shower Freedom’ - Lois Beckett for The Guardian, Elon Musk, Phil Kerpen, Bloomberg, and One America News on X

A global trade-war rollercoaster was not enough to distract Donald Trump from fulfilling one of his longtime priorities on Wednesday: changing the federal definition of “shower head”, a move the White House said would “end the Obama-Biden war on water pressure." Trump has complained for years about inadequate water pressure in American showers, sinks, and toilets and has blamed federal water conservation standards for the problem. “In my case, I like to take a nice shower to take care of my beautiful hair,” Trump said as he signed the executive order, which the White House said would apply to multiple household appliances, including toilets and sinks. “I have to stand under the shower for 15 minutes until it gets wet. It comes out drip, drip, drip. It’s ridiculous.”

#3 Human Nicotine Receptors Respond the Same to Acetylcholine & Nicotine From Tobacco - Tracy Beanz and Michelle Edwards for The HighWire, UncoverDC, Marco, Analyze and Optimize,
Did you know that the human body has nicotine receptors called nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs)? These receptors respond to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine (ACh), a chemical messenger that plays a crucial role in the nervous system. Likewise, the nAChRs also respond to nicotine found in tobacco. Interestingly, nicotine from tobacco fits into these receptors like a key, mimicking a natural process that can reduce inflammation, which is an essential part of the body’s ability to heal. Considering that chronic inflammation leads to a myriad of health problems, including autoimmune diseases, heart disease, and cancer, it seems that more experts should be discussing this.

#2 Trump-Backed Bill to Stop ‘Rogue’ Judges Passes House - Elizabeth Elkind for Fox News, House Judiciary GOP, Rep. Nancy Mace, Ben Garrison Cartoons, Congressman Brandon Gill, and Ryan Fournier on X

The House of Representatives passed a bill Wednesday to limit federal district judges' ability to affect Trump administration policies on a national scale. The No Rogue Rulings Act, led by Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., passed the House and limits district courts' power to issue U.S.-wide injunctions, instead forcing them to focus their scope on the parties directly affected in most cases. All but one Republican lawmaker voted for the bill, which passed 219 to 213. No Democrats voted in favor.  The Trump administration has faced more than 15 nationwide injunctions since the Republican commander-in-chief took office, targeting a wide range of President Donald Trump's policies, from birthright citizenship reform to anti-diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. Issa himself was confident the bill would pass, telling Fox News Digital on Tuesday morning, "We've got the votes."
