#10 Report: America Has Nearly 300,000 Double-Registered Voters - Logan Washburn for The Federalist, and on X

A watchdog group has uncovered close to 300,000 voters registered in two or more states, including thousands of double voters.  “Registrars aren’t doing their jobs,” Linda Szynkowicz, CEO of the nonprofit Fight Voter Fraud, told The Federalist. “Stop telling me the voter rolls are fine. They’re not.”  Fight Voter Fraud found 297,856 voters registered in two or more states, according to a report released last week. Nearly all of these voters only registered in two states, but 3,112 registered in three states and 24 registered in four or more. The report also found 3,170 people who voted at least twice in elections from 2016 to 2022. While most only double-voted once, 248 double-voted twice, 194 double-voted three times, and 180 double-voted four times...

#9 VICTORY – Following America First Legal Lawsuit, the U.S. Department of Education Makes Formal Finding That New Jersey School District Violated Parental Rights - America First Legal, and Elon Musk on X

Last week, America First Legal (AFL) secured an important victory for the parents of Cedar Grove, New Jersey, when the U.S. Department of Education decided that the Cedar Grove School District violated the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA). According to the Department, the district violated the law by failing to provide parents with lawful prior notice of and a meaningful opportunity to opt their children out of the District’s “equity” and “diversity” surveys.  The PPRA is an important federal law that protects public school parents and children by guaranteeing parents the right to review the curriculum used to teach their children at school and to have prior notice of and a meaningful right to opt out of intrusive and biased surveys and studies of their children. Among other things, the PPRA prevents public schools from collecting information about political affiliations, reliefs, sex behavior or attitudes, and “critical appraisals of other individuals with whom respondents have close family relationships” (i.e., anything related to “white privilege” or “anti-racism”) of a student or her family...

#8 BOMBSHELL FDA Email Turns Transgender ‘Health Care’ Narrative on Its Head - Tyler O'Neil  for The Daily Signal, and America First Legal on X

A team leader at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration recommended approving “puberty blockers” for teens who identify as transgender even while noting that a recent study showed these drugs are associated with an “increased risk in depression and suicidality.” Many activists claim that children struggling with gender dysphoria (the persistent condition of identifying with the gender opposite their biological sex) must receive experimental drugs to make their bodies resemble bodies of the opposite sex to stop them from committing suicide, yet the FDA study suggested these drugs actually increase the risk of suicide. In one email on Jan. 25, 2022, Shannon Sullivan, clinical team leader at the FDA’s Division of General Endocrinology, noted that the agency’s Division of Metabolism and Endocrinology Products performed a “safety review of the GnRH agonist class in pediatric patients in 2016/2017.” GnRH stands for “Gonadatropin-releasing hormone,” and GnRH agonists prevent the natural release of testosterone and estrogen that initiate puberty...

#7 CRISPR Gene Editing Causes Unintended, Disastrous, and Often Undetected Genetic Mutations - Tracy Beanz and Michelle Edwards for The HighWire, and Humoud Adnan Y. Al-Shayji on X

A recent study published in Nature Genetics has raised more serious concerns about gene editing using CRISPR/Cas9. The study reveals that the use of CRISPR/Cas9 ‘gene scissors’ to edit DNA can lead to unintended genetic changes that are extremely different from random mutations. The study found that significant structural changes in chromosomes occur much more frequently in the genomic regions targeted by the ‘gene scissors’ than would typically be expected. These unintended mutations could potentially increase the risk of cancer in both humans and animals. Furthermore, they can alter the composition of food in plants, thereby damaging the genetic stability of the plant and affecting its use in agriculture.

#6 ‘Dystopian Sh*t’: Kamala Harris’ Online Support Is Well-Funded And Inauthentic, Influencers Claim - Brandy Perez for The Daily Caller, and on X

The ‘Kamala is Brat’ TikTok trend, among other viral Kamala Harris meme videos, is likely an astroturfed effort by the Harris campaign and her allies to manufacture appeal to young voters, several Gen-Z online content creators told the Caller. Almost immediately after Harris became the presumptive Democratic nominee, old clips of her speaking spread online like wildfire, often adapted into memes meant to make Harris look cool or humorous. Democrats proclaimed that the videos were evidence of organic excitement about Harris, but some content creators claim they were solicited to post about Harris in exchange for money, while others say the effort looks astroturfed as opposed to being grassroots...

#5 The Human Body Is the Next Cyber Battlefield — And I’m Living Proof -  Len Noe for The Hill, and Ale𝕏 Zaharov-Reutt on X

Espionage and cyberwar activities are increasingly conducted remotely, via phishing, spyware, software supply chain attacks, malware attacks on electric grids and nuclear plants, and drones. But in the future, we can expect to see threat actors turn to technology that puts the attack power into their own hands — literally.  We’re entering the age of bio-hacking, also called body hacking or human augmentation, to distinguish it from other types of biological experimentation like DNA hacking. In the context of cybersecurity, bio-hacking enables the creation of new stealthy attack capabilities by using chip implants inside bodies and wireless technologies to conduct spying and cyberattacks that today are done over the internet...

#4 ‘Bully’ Kamala Harris ‘Berated Staff,’ Left Them in Tears After Berating Them With ‘F-Bombs,’ Intern Told Never to Make Eye Contact: Report - Megan Palin for The New York Post, and Mark Ames and Bill Mitchell on X

Kamala Harris “throws around F-bombs” and constantly berated her staff when she was California Attorney General, according to a shocking report. An unearthed 2019 op-ed from professor Terry McAteer published in California newspaper The Union describes the “eye-opening” month his son Gregory spent as an intern for Harris, now the presumptive Democratic nominee for president. McAteer, a Democrat with generational political ties to the party, claimed his son was subjected to a “side of Kamala Harris which the general public does not know”...

#3 Whistleblower Accuses Acting Secret Service Director of Reducing Counter Surveillance Before Trump Shooting - Sarah Rumpf-Whitten for Fox News and Nick Sortor and Jack Paso on X

A whistleblower told Republican Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley that Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe Jr. personally directed cuts to the Counter Surveillance Division (CSD), which led to the threat assessment team failing to perform its typical duties prior to the Butler, Pennsylvania rally. The senator's report comes after lawmakers grilled agency leaders on the mounting security failures at the Pennsylvania rally where former President Trump narrowly escaped assassination. The whistleblower alleged that the Secret Service CSD, the division that performs threat assessment of event sites before the event occurs, did not perform its evaluation prior to the fateful rally in Western Pennsylvania on July 13...

#2 Elon Musk Sued by EX-CNN Anchor Don Lemon Over Canceled X Deal - Kevin Breuninger for CNBC, and Collin Rugg and Andy Ngo on X

Former CNN anchor Don Lemon sued Elon Musk on Thursday, accusing him of making false promises to entice the journalist into a canceled deal to host a show on the billionaire’s social media platform. The lawsuit alleges that Musk — who bought Twitter for $44 billion in late 2022 and later renamed it X — used news of a partnership with Lemon to boost the media company’s profile, then reneged on the deal without compensating him. Lemon had “incurred hundreds of thousands of dollars in expenses” in preparing for the show, the lawsuit alleges. The deal to host “The Don Lemon Show” on X was scrapped in March, shortly after the taping of its premiere episode, a one-on-one interview with Musk...

#1 US Court Blocks Biden Administration Net Neutrality Rules - David Shepardson for Reuters, and Tom Fitton and Senator Ted Cruz on X
A U.S. appeals court on Thursday blocked the Federal Communications Commission's reinstatement of landmark net neutrality rules, saying broadband providers are likely to succeed in a legal challenge.
The FCC voted in April along party lines to reassume regulatory oversight of broadband internet and reinstate open internet rules adopted in 2015 that were rescinded under then-President Donald Trump. The Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, which had temporarily delayed the rules, said on Thursday it would temporarily block net neutrality rules and scheduled oral arguments for late October or early November on the issue, dealing a serious blow to President Joe Biden's effort to reinstate the rules...
