Bank records don't lie, even in the case of presidents. The bank records referenced are the Biden family's, as investigated by the House Oversight Committee. And, despite mounting evidence, Joe Biden has repeatedly denied his role in his family's alleged influence-peddling and money laundering activities.
In light of Trump's completely ludicrous convictions, it is high time to revisit the House Oversight Committee's findings from 2023 and 2024 on the Biden family's influence-peddling enterprise. House Oversight continues to investigate the Bidens; however, in 2023, the Committee found records proving Biden and his family received $20 million in payments from foreign entities between 2014 and 2019. The Biden family has become skilled at obfuscating their financial gains. The money trail can be difficult to trace because they hide their transactions using multiple shell companies, complicated financial transactions, and even family members to hide "the Big Guy's" abuse of power for personal gain.
Hunter Biden has been a key player and deal-maker in the enterprise. According to the Committee's findings, President Biden "lied at least 16 times to the American people about his knowledge and participation in his family's influence-peddling schemes." The Committee also has over 20 examples of Joe Biden's involvement. Below are selected highlights of Biden family activities taken from the House Oversight Committee's interactive timeline:
- In November 2013, Hunter created Bohai Harvest RST Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (BHR), an investment fund controlled by the Bank of China. VP Biden traveled with Hunter on Air Force 2 to China and met with BHR CEO Jonathan Li. Hunter became a board member shortly thereafter BHR's business license was approved.
- BHR is a Chinese State-backed entity with a future pay-out in the billions for Hunter and alleged fixer, now "sugar brother," Kevin Morris.
- For example, in September 2014, BHR invested $1.7 billion in a CCP-linked petroleum and chemical company, while Hunter and a business associate invested $484,920 in BHR.
- On September 15, 2015, BHR joined with a CCP-linked entity to acquire Henniges Automotive in a $600 million deal.
- Over $3 million from Romania to the Biden family and their associates
- Over $8 million from China, specifically from CEFC and related entities
- Wires from Kazakhstan oligarch using Novatus Holdings to wire Hunter Biden's Rosemont Seneca $142, 300 which turned around the following day (Apr. 23, 2014) to transfer identical funds to a car dealership for a car for Hunter. Hunter and his partner Devon Archer would represent Burisma in Kazakhstan in May/June 2014 to broker a three-way deal "among Burisma, the Kazakhstan government, and a Chinese state-owned energy company."
- $6.5 million from Ukraine to the Biden family and their associates.
- BHR invests $460 million in a Chinese facial recognition company in January 2017
- $3.5 million from Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina to Rosemont Seneca, as explained by Devon Archer in his Jul. 31, 2023, transcribed interview. The wire was split between Archer and Rosemont Seneca Bohai, a company Hunter and Archer split equally. According to the Committee's report, "In spring of 2014, Yelena Baturina joined Hunter Biden and Devon Archer to share a meal with then-Vice President Biden at a restaurant in Washington, D.C."
The "complicated financial transactions" can be tracked in four memos from the Oversight Committee's Bank Records, which provide "detailed descriptions and show actual bank records and wires." Released by the Committee in November 2023, the Fourth Bank Memorandum reveals a set of transactions that began with $5 million in funding from the CCP. From that $5 million, "The Big Guy" eventually received $40,000. The $40,000 represents a portion of the money received from the proceeds of a 2017 $400,000 wire from Northern International Capital to Hudson West lll—initially funded by the CEFC-related companies.
The timeline also documents other players in the alleged Biden family money laundering scheme. One of those key players is Rob Walker. According to BidenReport.com (MarcoPolo), Walker and his wife Betsy have been in the "shadows of American public life for three decades, serving the Clinton and Biden families." Rob worked on the Clinton campaign and Clinton's administration in the 1990s. Betsy was Jill Biden's personal assistant through 2014.
According to MarcoPolo, Walker acted as a "surrogate for H(unter) around the country." Incidentally, he also invested heavily in the pandemic tracking company called Metabiota, a very lucrative deal. But most pertinent to this particular column is Walker's role in facilitating payments, to which, according to MarcoPolo, "Hunter did not want to be tied directly." Rob Walker's involvement with the Biden's can also be tracked in the Third Bank Records Memorandum released by the Oversight Committee in August 2023.
One month after Joe left the vice presidency, Walker's shell company, Robinson Walker, LLC, received $6 million from a CCP-linked firm, State Energy HK Limited. The Oversight Committee documents numerous large money transfers from Robinson Walker, LLC to Hunter Biden directly, to his Owasco, P.C., or to other family members starting in 2015 while Biden was Vice President.
Walker's transfers continued well into 2017 and surpassed the $6 million received initially from State Energy HK Limited. Tony Bobulinski told the FBI that Biden's deal with CCP-linked entities began when Biden was Vice President. Bobulinski claims the Bidens were paid handsomely after he left office for his influence-peddling activity during his vice presidency.
Joe's brother James has also benefited greatly from Joe's station in the world. According to the Oversight Committee, a significant date was March 1, 2018. James Biden wrote a $200,000 personal check to Joe Biden for a loan repayment on that date. Where did those funds come from? According to the Oversight Committee Report:
"In 2018, James Biden received $600,000 in loans from Americore—a financially distressed and failing rural hospital operator. According to bankruptcy court documents, James Biden received these loans "based upon representations that his last name, 'Biden,' could 'open doors' and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections. On Mar. 1, 2018, Americore wired a $200,000 loan into James and Sara Biden's personal bank account—not their business bank account."
A second important date is memorialized in a June 30, 2020, FD-1023 form generated by the FBI to document a confidential human source. According to the investigation, "This confidential human source told the FBI that an oligarch had told the CHS he had bribed then-Vice President Biden $5 million (and $5 million for his son, Hunter Biden) in exchange for certain actions related to Ukraine."
In October 2020, during the presidential debate just before the election, Biden famously and laughably stated he has "not taken a penny from any foreign source ever in [his] life." Rep. Michael Cloud dispels that notion during the March 2024 Oversight hearing below:
During the same debate, Biden accused President Trump of being the "only guy who made money in China" and stated that his "son has not made money, in terms of this thing about, what are you talking about? China..."
It seems that Joe Biden was a means to an end for Hunter and others by helping them to connect with influential leaders in service of deals that would ultimately benefit the Biden family financially. In July 2023, according to Oversight, "Archer testified that Joe Biden was 'the brand' that Hunter Biden sold around the world to enrich the Biden family. Archer also admitted that Burisma would have gone out of business if 'the brand' had not been attached to it."
In March 2024, House Oversight held another hearing examining Joe Biden's abuse of public office. Former Biden family business associates Tony Bobulinski and Jason Galanis again testified under oath. Oversight now knows "nine members of the Biden family participated or benefited from business schemes, raking in over 24 million dollars."
Since 2023, Oversight has amassed plenty of documentation showing "Joe Biden closed many deals by attending meetings, speaking on the speakerphone, and dining, and with his son's foreign business associates." Bobulinski and Galanis confirmed Hunter Biden was merely a tool to access "the brand that was Joe Biden." Chairman James Comer (R-KY) stated in the same hearing, "The scam is simple. It's done over and over again. The Biden family promises Joe's power, Joe Biden shows up, and millions of dollars come into the Biden's pockets."
Biden can deny his involvement and knowledge of Hunter's endeavors all day long. However, all evidence seems to point to the fact that Joe IS the Biden family business.
