#10 Middle-Class Americans Don’t Care What Paul Krugman’s Charts Say About Inflation - Christopher Jacobs for The Federalist
When covering the political persistence of “Bidenflation,” I’ve noted that economists keep wondering why opinion polls continue to show the American people are sour on an economy that continues to create jobs. Ultimately, the question in many ways comes down to one’s economic perspective and the fact that the so-called “experts” live far different lives than the people surveyed by most opinion polls. A column earlier this year by perhaps the paragon of liberal economic opinion shows the not-so-subtle snobbery behind the failure to take families’ inflation concerns seriously. It also explains why Americans’ economic insecurities could result in a political bloodbath for the left come November...
#9 The Gateway Experience: Who is Robert Monroe? -Tracy Beanz for UncoverDC
Welcome to the second installment in the Gateway Experience series. I felt it necessary for this part to rely on the words of Robert Monroe himself rather than try to recreate the wheel in the written word. This topic is certainly different, but it is important to understand this work and its trajectory rather than assign it negative value purely as a function of government involvement. As stated in the previous part, the most important thing to remember isn't that this was used by the CIA and the military, but instead why they wanted to use it. It is certainly a different way to think about something like this, but I ask that you place aside your preconceived notions are we work through this series. It may seem difficult to follow the format here...
#8 Onlyfans Creator Farha Khalidi Claims She Was Paid to Spread ‘Political Propaganda’ for Biden Admin - Emily Crane for The New York Post andCollin Rugg on X
An OnlyFans creator and TikTok star has claimed she was paid to spread “political propaganda” for the Biden administration on social media — and that she was asked to hide the fact it was advertising. Farha Khalidi said she’d been asked to help boast about then-Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to her tens of thousands of social media followers after Brown Jackson was nominated to the Supreme Court by President Biden. “I was doing full-on political propaganda,” the social media personality said during a recent podcast interview with commentator Richard Hanania... Florida’s new heartbeat law will take effect on Wednesday that prohibits abortions on unborn babies who have a detectable heartbeat at 6 weeks. Unborn children who can feel pain will remain protected, and a law protecting babies with a heartbeat will go into effect on May 1. The pro-life law will save thousands of babies from abortions and end Florida’s status as an abortion destination in the southeast. Florida is surrounded by states with pro-life laws in effect that protect babies and help women, and the abortion industry has been directing customers to Florida for abortions instead of helping women and unborn children. As a result, thousands of babies are expected to be saved from abortion and will get a chance at life. Implementation of the new pro-life law comes after the Florida Supreme Court upheld pro-life legislation... A Harvard University student is urging Jews to stay away from campus amid an influx of anti-Israel agitators and is calling for President Alan M. Garber to resign if the situation is not handled. "Let me be absolutely and abundantly clear: Harvard University is a free-for-all. There is no police presence. There is no administrator who is taking responsibility. The inmates are running the asylum," Harvard Divinity School student Shabbos Kestenbaum told Fox News Digital. Kestenbaum, who comes from an Orthodox American family, claimed Harvard has "capitulated" and "acquiesced" to a "woke mob" that has expressed anti-democratic, anti-American, anti-capitalist and antisemitic views... Columbia University officials have begun to suspend students who are refusing to comply with its order to disperse anti-Israel encampment protests on campus. The pro-Palestinian protesters have demanded the university divest from Israel, something officials have rejected after negotiations with the student protesters. The protests have garnered national headlines over reports of hostile behavior toward Jewish students from some assembled protesters. Officials at the university gave students a 2 p.m. Monday deadline to disperse, and they have begun suspending those who do not comply... Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has qualified for the ballot in California, his campaign announced Monday. Kennedy, alongside running mate Nicole Shanahan, was backed by the American Independent Party (AIP) of California, the state with the most electoral college votes in the country. The campaign confirmed it filed paperwork with California’s secretary of state on Monday. In a five-minute video announcement, Kennedy noted that “ironically” the AIP was initially the party of segregationist and former Alabama Gov. George Wallace, but it “had its own rebirth.” “It’s been reborn as a party that represents not bigotry and hatred, but rather compassion and unity and idealism and common sense,” Kennedy said. “When they learned about my candidacy, they had just drafted a new charter for their reborn party where they could use their battle line for good for helping independent candidates to unite America without being blocked by the two-party duopoly.”
#7 What Has Happened to Us? A Retrospective of the COVID Pandemic - Tracy Beanz for UncoverDC
In 2020, a pandemic swept the globe. Every human being on the planet—even those in the womb—would be affected by it somehow. We could spend paragraph upon paragraph speaking about the ills of the day—the horror, the betrayal, the sadness, the loss, the grief, the heartbreak—and we certainly have and do on the pages of this publication. However, I have had some deep reflection over the past several months, and I am choosing to dissect this pandemic from another perspective—the positive. Yes, friends, the positives do exist, and I firmly believe we do ourselves no good obsessively and frantically, keeping ourselves in a state of fear...
The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), the world’s largest organization of food and nutrition professionals, plays a pivotal role in shaping the food policies issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), known as the Dietary Guidelines. As it works on the upcoming Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2025-2030, it’s important to note that the Academy’s decisions on what is and isn’t healthy for Americans are significantly influenced by its relationship with the ultra-processed food (UPF) industry. This relationship, which has seen the Academy accept nearly $15 million from multi-processed food companies, agribusiness companies, and Big Pharma, raises serious concerns about the objectivity of its recommendations and, instead, suggests it regularly contributes to the epidemics of obesity, diabetes, and cancer that are destroying lives...

#4 Fetterman Tells Pro-Palestinian Protesters He’s With Israel: ‘Go Talk to Somebody Else' - Nicholas Ballasy for Just the News and Citizen Free Press on X
Democrat Sen. John Fetterman is again expressing his support for Israel in its war with Hamas and says pro-Palestinian protesters are "harassing" his staff. "Go talk to somebody else," the Pennsylvania senator said on Capitol Hill in a video posted online Monday. Fetterman has called on pro-Palestine protesters, who for the past few weeks have disrupted college campuses across the U.S., to change their tactics and call on Hamas to release all of the hostages. "I'm on the side of Israel. It's pretty easy, and also, why aren't we talking about more of the hostages?" Fetterman said during his appearance at the White House Correspondents Dinner on Saturday evening. "All of this could end, all of that war, it could end if Hamas surrenders and releases all of the hostages," he also said.
