The News of Today is the History of Tomorrow —
Commentary by Larry Schweikart

IN POLITICAL NEWS

1) Shades of 2018, as another DemoKKKrat already announces retirement.

-Remember when 40 Republicans, including many committee chairmen, resigned so they wouldn’t have to support Trump? This is deja vu all over again.

2) Muslims are lobbying Rutabaga for a ceasefire in Gaza. No ceasefire, no votes.

-Honestly, don’t care if you’re Rutabaga or Trump. This is a no-win. Israel must protect its security against these bloodthirsty ghouls and cannot stop with a “ceasefire.” So either the Muslims or the Jews in this country will be mad at someone.

3) And in a related story, cops removed pro-Pale thugs who disrupted the Senate’s aid-to-Israel hearing.

4) And related, Rutabaga threatens to veto the Israel aid bill.

-Fine with me. Push the remaining lib Jews into the GOP. Or don’t pass any bill at all. Either works.

5) Evil judge Chutkan supposedly “threw Trump a lifeline” by blocking a DOJ request to jail President Trump over a violation of the gag order.

-This is precisely what lawyer Robert Barnes had explained, namely that she must appear “fairer,” or Trump would have immediate appeals, which she would probably lose.

6) What started as some minor jibes at Ron DeSantis on Twitter by relatively minor Tweetsters has exploded into a “thing,” as DeSantis is asked on shows about his height and his boots. Now Breitbart says major boot makers say he “probably” wears lifts.

7) Speaking of lifts, Shortie Robert de Niro showed frustration on his first day of trial in New Kabul as a result of his former personal assistant’s lawsuit alleging gender discrimination and sexual harassment.

8) A new Franklin and Marshall Poll shows President Trump has increased his lead by 16 points in Pennsylvania over Ron DeSantis and is now at 55-14%. Again, Trump is not only leading but is over 50% in almost every GOP poll now.

9) People in Benghazi-by-the-Lake are blocking construction of a migrant tent shelter.

-I’ve got an idea. Put it where Zero’s presidential library is. He doesn’t need the space, cuz he did nothing and there’s nothing to put in it.

10)  . . . while another massive migrant train of 5,000 heads for the U.S. border and Rutabaga is busy removing fencing.

11) “Capture and Kill:” Judge McBurney’s alleged delay tactics on the VoterGA election lawsuit.

12) While in Florida, a judge dismissed a case against the state over a signature requirement to vote.

13) Nick Knack Paddywhack Give a Uke a Bomb has now doubled DeSantis in a new SC poll, 22% to 11%, while Trump remains above 50 (53%).

IN CULTURE NEWS

14) Imagine that. A Florida school district banned students from using phones for an entire day. Bullying dropped, and student engagement in classes rose.

IN TRANSOID NEWS

15) The Welsh government wants to redefine women as men.

-So, “Transoids of Harlech . . . .?”

IN ECONOMIC NEWS

16) The FDA is warning that 26 eye drop products at major retailers, including Tar-Gay, could cause blindness and were manufactured in an unsanitary facility.

17) Home prices rose in August.

18) But some metro areas are not doing well: 10 of 20 are down from last year’s peaks.

19) A jury has found realtors liable for inflating commissions, awarding $1.7 billion in damages in a class action suit in Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois.

20) Oh? Bud Light’s sales continue to fall: parent company sees revenues tumble 13.5% as CEO tries to win back customers at college football and concerts.

IN INTERNATIONAL NEWS

21) Vietnam is considering selling the VinFast VF3 mini EV to the U.S. for under $20,000.

22) Yemen officially declared war on Israel.

23) An aide to Green Screen Zelensky says people are “stealing like there’s no tomorrow” in Ukraine.

24) A court in the UK has ordered an 11-year-old rape victim to abort her baby, even though she and her mother want to keep the child.

25) Qatar handed down a death sentence to eight former Indian Navy personnel over “espionage.”

26) Venezuelan dictator, sounding very much like Rutabaga’s with his Department of INJUstice persecution of President Trump, “invalidates” the opposition’s primary election. And there ya go.

27) Love it. Benghazi-by-the-Lake is now trying to export its criminal illegals to St. Louis.

-So one blue hellhole exports to the next until all blue hellholes collapse. Works for me.

28) The Palestinian professor who was feted a month ago at the U. of Pennsylvania responded to the revelation that Hamas barbarians put a baby in an oven asked, “With or without baking powder?”

IN ENTERTAINMENT NEWS

29) Speaking of Shorty De Niro, his “Killers of the Flower Moon” is DOA at the box office.

-A director friend, who, of course, has an eye for the artistic, thought it was very good. But Critical Drinker said Scorcese could have stopped after two hours. You know me. I agree that almost ANY movie not named “Endgame” or “Lawrence of Arabia” that is over 2 hours shouldn’t be made. KOFM has made just $85m worldwide on a budget+marketing of $270 million. De Niro may have to sell some of his lifts for this to see a profit.

IN CHINA VIRUS NEWS

30) Steve Kirsch: “We have won. The COVID vaccine has killed hundreds of thousands of Americans, and now we can prove it to anyone who will listen.”

31) Watch this bait and switch: they’re gonna try to blame China Virus vax-induced heart deaths on “climate change.”

32) Nearly one in three China Virus vax recipients suffered neurological complications.

AND FINALLY...

33) Fantastic new anti-woke movie in the vein of “White Chicks” and “Don’t Be a Menace to South Central Los Angeles” is coming in December: “American Fiction.”

-I’m shocked Hollywood allowed such a movie to be made. Maybe things are changing.
