#10 ‘This Is So Crazy’: Musk Sounds Alarm on Non-citizen Social Security Surge - Money Control World Desk, Wall Street Apes (community note), Elon Musk/Autism Capital (community note), The Persistence (community note), and The Vigilant Fox on X
Tech billionaire Elon Musk and Antonio Gracias have raised fresh concerns over a dramatic rise in Social Security Numbers (SSNs) issued to non-citizens, unveiling what they called a "mind-blowing" chart during a recent presentation. Musk, introducing Gracias on stage, pointed to startling discrepancies in the Social Security database. "We found 20 million dead people marked as alive in the Social Security system. This is so crazy," he said. Gracias, who has been involved in reviewing Social Security processes, explained how their investigation uncovered an exponential increase in SSNs issued to non-citizens. "In 2021, there were 270,000 issued," he stated. "Now, in 2024, that number has skyrocketed to 2.1 million." The two emphasized that their findings were not politically motivated. "This isn't political," Gracias insisted. "My family are immigrants. I'm pro-legal immigration. This is about America and its future."

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Sunday Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy wants to back out of a critical minerals deal, warning the Ukrainian leader would face big problems if he did. "He's trying to back out of the rare earth deal, and if he does that, he’s got some problems, big, big problems," Trump told reporters. "He wants to be a member of NATO, but he's never going to be a member of NATO. He understands that."#8 Marine Le Pen Barred From Running for French Presidency in 2027 - Angelique Chrisafis for The Guardian, Pop Crave, Cillian (community note), Bernie (community note), and Benny Johnson on X
The French far-right leader Marine Le Pen has been barred from running for president in 2027 after a court found her guilty of a vast system of embezzlement of European parliament funds and banned her from running for public office with immediate effect. The decision was a political earthquake for Le Pen, the leader of the far-right anti-immigration National Rally (RN) party, who had hoped to mount a fourth campaign to become president. Le Pen, 56, said before the verdict that that any immediate ban on running for election would be like a “political death sentence” and that judges had “the power of life or death over our movement”. She is likely to immediately appeal against the verdict...
#7 Trump Says He’s Considering Ways to Serve a Third Term as President - Chris Megerian for AP News, Cryptid Politics, Justin Hart, End Tribalism in Politics, and Chief Nerd on X
President Donald Trump said Sunday that “I’m not joking” about trying to serve a third term, the clearest indication he is considering ways to breach a constitutional barrier against continuing to lead the country after his second term ends at the beginning of 2029. “There are methods by which you could do it,” Trump said in a telephone interview with NBC News from Mar-a-Lago, his private club. Later, on Air Force One from Florida to Washington, he elaborated to reporters that “I have had more people ask me to have a third term, which in a way is a fourth term because the other election, the 2020 election, was totally rigged.” Trump lost that election to Democrat Joe Biden...

#5 Here’s What’s At Stake In Wisconsin’s Supreme Court Election - Leif Le Mahieu for The Daily Wire, Paul Villarreal, Wisconsin GOP, America, and Fox News Sunday on X
Wisconsin voters will head to the polls on Tuesday to decide the ideological slant of the State Supreme Court, bringing to a close the most expensive state judicial race in history. The race—between conservative candidate Brad Schimel and liberal Judge Susan Crawford—will have nationwide consequences. If Crawford wins, Democrats are expected to challenge Wisconsin’s current congressional maps. The outcome could also determine how the court rules on abortion, voter identification laws, and union reforms... Stock markets worldwide fell heavily on Monday after Donald Trump suggested that new tariffs he is expected to announce this week would hit “all countries.” Shares fell across Asia-Pacific markets and in Europe after the US president crushed hopes that “ reciprocal tariffs” expected on Wednesday would only target countries with the largest trade imbalances with the US. Trump told reporters on Air Force One: “You’d start with all countries. Essentially all of the countries that we’re talking about.” It is years too late, and alternative and independent media have already done so much work on exposing the reality, including 600+ page books that have been published, but the New York Times on Sunday is out with a lengthy report on The Partnership: The Secret History of America’s Role in the Ukraine War. Up until very recently, mainstream media gatekeepers wouldn't so much as admit that a proxy war has been unfolding from the very start of the conflict in Ukraine. This even after the so-called paper of record had earlier in Feb. 2024 acknowledged that the CIA had built 12 "secret spy bases" in Ukraine to wage a shadow war against Russia going back to 2014... Dr. Peter Marks, the Food and Drug Administration’s top vaccine regulator, has resigned, an official at the Department of Health and Human Services said Friday. “If Peter Marks does not want to get behind restoring science to its golden standard and promoting radical transparency, then he has no place at FDA under the strong leadership of Secretary Kennedy,” a spokesperson at HHS said, referring to Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. A person familiar with the matter told NBC News that Marks was forced out... The Supreme Court will hear arguments Monday over whether states may require religiously affiliated groups like Catholic Charities to pay unemployment taxes in a case critics say could put more than 1 million US workers at risk of losing benefits. In the first religion-centered appeal the 6-3 conservative Supreme Court has heard in nearly two years, the Catholic Charities Bureau and four affiliate organizations say Wisconsin violated the First Amendment’s religious protections by denying exemptions from the taxes.
