The News of Today is the History of Tomorrow —
Commentary by Larry Schweikart

IN POLITICAL NEWS

1) Patrick Ruffini shows how a historic realignment is taking place within the Republican Party to the benefit of President Trump and to the gnashing of teeth by the slathermonkey RINOs.

2) President Trump won a Colorado GOP straw poll with a massive 87% landslide.

3) New York Times: Rutabaga is in trouble. With the under 30 he has lost between 18 and 24 points since 2020.

4) Senators beating the war drums vs. Iran insist there will be a strike on Iran if American service members are struck.

5) I know many still want to cling to their 1970s view that marijuana has no ill health effects, but it raises the risk of heart attack, heart failure, and stroke.

6) Steven Crowder teased the release of a manifesto from the Nashville shooter that the media has sat on so far.

7) Midtown and Lower Manhattan foot traffic is down 33%.

8) White Lizzo was booed mercilessly at the Freedom Summit. He insulted the crowd.

9) A “terrorist” woman plowed a car into what she thought was a Jewish school.

10) Critics warn Rutabaga’s hydrogen initiative could become the next green energy boondoggle.

-I still like hydrogen, but not the way Rutabaga does it.

11) Democrat Congresswoman says black voters are “too dumb” to understand politics.

12) Authorities are investigating the leak of the Nashville school shooter.

-Why did this need to be leaked? Why wasn’t it made public?

13) Meanwhile, what did the transoid killer say? He vowed to kill “privileged white kids” at Covenant School. “I hope my victims aren’t [ready].”

-Too bad someone at the school itself wasn’t armed and ready, ya freak.

14) I hope they fail, but Clinton strategist James (“The Ragin’ Cajun”) Carville has joined Ruy Teixeira and screaming at the DemoKKKrats to get it together after the new swing state poll shows a “tipping point” and that Rutabaga is in trouble.

15) And now Zero’s Top Spooge, David Axelrod, suggests Rutabaga needs to drop out.

-I’m tellin’ ya people, they know these polls are the tip of the iceberg.

IN CULTURE NEWS

16) The DemoKKKrat Party is down to 66% Christian, 34% “other” or “none.” Out of 58,000 tweets, Christian/Jesus/the Bible was mentioned only 85 times.

IN ECONOMIC NEWS

17) The bumbling moronic Michael Bloomberg has pledged $500 million to shut down coal.

-Hope he freezes.

18) Tyson Foods nuggets sold in Tennessee and Kentucky were recalled for possible metal pieces.

-Well, if you bite into one, your lawsuit would produce gold, so . . . .

19) US offshore wind power is sinking.

20) Rutabaga’s administration has banned mining for copper, cobalt, and nickel on 225,000 acres in Minnesota. And this is the stuff they say they need for “electric cars.”

21) The EV moped company Revel will pull its 30,000 fleet of rideshare mopeds off the streets of New Kabul and Groomer City after no one wanted them.

IN INTERNATIONAL NEWS

22) The ChiComs are speeding into the low-cost drone swarm lead.

-Well, if you can target one drone with one bullet, this is a win-win for us.

23) Ireland quietly has gotten rich, largely due to tax haven status, strange capital booking laws, and a thriving tech export sector.

24) Green Screen Zelensky invited President Trump to Ukraine and said Trump “can’t bring peace.”

-Oh, Green Screen, just watch how fast peace comes when he cuts off your money.

IN ENTERTAINMENT NEWS

25) Updated projections for “The Marvels” have gotten worse. It’s now pacing behind “The Flash,” a disaster that opened at a mere $55 million. This is a movie with a production budget of over $200 million and a marketing budget of another $70 million. In other words, it’s gonna start its zombie life at -$250 million. “The Marvels Ticket Sales are Lower than Two of DC’s Biggest Box Office Bombs.”

26) These people “jes kain’t hep it.” Selena Gomez’s make-up brand, Rare Beauty, shared a pro-pale message on Instagram after Gomez was slammed for her own post and said she was deleting the app.

-I suppose she could do a rendition of “Imagine” like Gal Gadot. Course, my lyrics would be “Imagine there’s not Gaza . . . .”

27) The latest cultural rot from Disney, as at Disney parks, people have been pooping in lines for the rides, so much so that cleaners now have to have a special code.

-I mean, seriously? What OTHER guests put up with this? It’s time nationally that people begin to demand proper behavior. I’m for group beatings.

28) “Tiger King” star Doc Antle pled guilty to trafficking cheetah, tiger, and lion cubs. Could face 5 years in prison.

-Or maybe just give him 10 minutes with the mothers.

29) College athletic departments tap into new revenues by allowing alcohol in arenas.

30) Nahhh, no need to worry about this. It won’t get out of control. 4.1% of all Canadian deaths were by euthanasia last year (13,000 people.)

-But, hey, I’m sure they all wanted to go, right?

IN CHINA VIRUS NEWS

31) An assessment of over 30,000 China Virus patients showed that HCQ and Azithromycin had effective results.

AND FINALLY...

32) Saturn’s rings will disappear in 2025. I’m sure that’s due to “global warming.”

-Oh, wait, it’s just a tilt that will keep us from seeing them. Hey, can you do that with belly fat? Just asking for a friend. Word is Lizzo tried it, and even sideways, she blocked the view of the Milky Way.
