Many Americans believe the 2020 election was stolen from President Trump and those who voted for him. There is growing evidence in the form of signed affidavits, witnesses, and video coming in like a "fire hose" straight to former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell who is now running an election fraud team for the Trump campaign. Powell has started a 501c4 to fund her team's mission called the Legal Defense Fund for the American Republic (LDFFTAR). Please see link at bottom of the article.
In an interview yesterday with former Fox News pundit Eric Bolling, Powell said people in this country are "fed up to the gills with corruption at every level of our government. They have no trust in our public institutions now and we will not let this election be stolen or any cheating to survive." This election was "absolutely rigged," she continued.
The Powell team of IT experts and attorneys is focused on the voting machines and software owned by Dominion which operates in 30 states. Bolling pressed her for proof of such a "big claim." Powell pushed back, however, saying that her team has identified "complicated mathematical alterations to the votes" and identified the system's capability to "alter and flip" voting results."
Specifically, the team has identified the software and electronic voting systems providers, like Smartmatic and Scytl, that work with Dominion Voting machines to run elections around the world. Overwhelming numbers of witnesses and whistleblowers are currently providing her team with written affidavits, stating that the vote switching was not a glitch but rather a "feature of the system that was designed with a back door so that people could watch in real time and calculate with an algorithm how many votes they needed to change to make the result they wanted. [Election officials or Dominion employees] can either flip votes, take votes out or alter the votes to make a candidate win."
When challenged by Bolling about the massive claim she was making, Powell emphasized that this is "massive, criminal voter fraud" and could have happened "across at least 29 states." She also said that any time a machine was connected to the internet, and there is plenty of evidence to support the claim that they were, votes were being altered. "It is becoming obvious to the experts who are tracking the algorithms and statistics that votes were being changed," Powell said, and the evidence will "blow the minds of everyone in this country when we get it all together and can explain it with the affidavits and the experts that have come forward." She also said her team should be able to produce evidence publicly "before the end of this week."
Electronic election fraud has been a focus around the world for a number of years. The 2010 Philippines election was questioned when it switched over to Smartmatic to run its election. An article written by Reuters at the time explained that Cory Aquino may have won that election illegally. According to Reuters, information technology experts "raised doubts on the reliability and security of vote counting machines after some security features, including electronic signatures, were disabled." Ironically, the 2010 election was transitioned from paper ballots to electronic voting to prevent such actions. Other countries, including Venezuela, have also experienced issues with electronic voting fraud detailed in a report here.
Russell Ramsland, a former Republican candidate from Texas who sought election to the U.S. House, runs a private company called Allied Security Operations Group. He mentions HAVA (Help America Vote Act) which was instituted to transition our voting process to an "entirely cyber and electronic system." He has demonstrated that such a transition may not have been the most secure course of action, given its documented security flaws.
Ramsland and a group of former government intelligence people formed the company because of what he saw in the 2018 Dallas election where he proved forensically that "there were at least a dozen or more entry points where votes can and are being switched and the audit trails changed or are erased so that a forensic investigation finds no trace." He explained that "it has to be caught in real-time" and "even the operator of the election system can change votes undetected." In an interview here, Ramsland walked the viewer through the steps and tactics used to do the very things Powell refers to in her interview concerning the 2020 election.
The Trump campaign is actively investigating election fraud and illegalities. Today, California was added to the list of states being investigated. The campaign and others have filed lawsuits in five states with assistance from former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former U.S. Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell, Georgia attorney Lin Wood and former Florida State AG Pam Bondi. Fraud in Pennsylvania and Michigan are currently among the most investigated.
On Sunday's program "Life, Liberty, and Levin," Mark Levin featured Press Secretary, Kayleigh McEnany who recounted the many allegations of illegal and/or improper behavior during the 2020 election. She told Levin that many have been willing to sign affidavits alleging illegal behavior on the part of election officials "with a notary present under penalty of perjury." Affidavits are showing "remarkable consistency" in their allegations of fraud, she continued. Among the complaints are, voter harassment, Republican poll watchers being denied entry, and other illegal behavior that seemingly favored presidential candidate Joe Biden.
McEnany also mentions the various secretaries of state, including Kathy Boockvar, who issued guidance allowing changes in election procedures such as deadlines for ballots and ignoring signatures when counting mail-in ballots that overrode or ignored state legislatures which are the established authorities over changes in election law. McEnany explained that Boockvar "changes her guidance and it takes [Supreme Court] Justice Alito to rebuke her. They were consistently misrepresenting their opinion, changing deadlines, designing a system to prop up Democrats and Joe Biden."
The federal deadline for election certification is Dec. 8. Trump campaign lawyers are moving to block certification in several states pending forthcoming evidence.
