Christopher Steele wrote a memo in December of 2016. He claims he wrote it independent of Fusion GPS, and emailed it to them using encrypted email. Steele gave Fusion instructions to provide a hard copy of the memo to John McCain using Kramer as an intermediary. However, it appears as though Bruce Ohr may have gotten the "December Memo" from Glenn Simpson--- three days BEFORE Steele allegedly wrote it. Watch this video for more
