Transition Integrity Project: Democrats Power Play

When President Trump took office, there was not even a speck of the customary peaceful transition of power.  Obama did not grant Trump the courtesy granted to him by George W Bush. Worse, on top of spygate, the evidence is stacking up that post-election 2020 Democrats are going to fight with everything they have to take back power.  Joe Biden said at last Tuesday’s Presidential debate that if the official results say I lost, then “that’s the end of it.” In truth, their plans indicate far from that.

People may have heard reports about a “bi-partisan” group, known as the Transition Integrity Project (TIP), that met in July to role-play potential outcomes of the US election.

First, the actual existence of this group just reinforces the scope of the fear among Washington elites over the prospect of another four years of a President they cannot control or reign in. He is obstructing the payback loop serving elite interests - lobbyists, globalists, and the military-industrial complex.  The deep state, if you will.

Second, the idea that the group was “bi-partisan” does not hold up when you investigate the background of the participants. Many were reluctant to announce that they had participated, but of those that did was a co-founder - Rosa Brooks, Professor of Constitutional and International Law and National Security at the Georgetown School of Law. Ret. Col. Lawrence Wilkerson, chief of staff to Secretary of State Colin Powell (2002-2005).  He spent many years at the State and Defense Departments served 31 years in the U.S. Army and now is Professor of Government and Public Policy at the College of William & Mary.

Transition Integrity Project Founder Dined With Soros And Biden Campaign Advisers, Offered ‘Substantive Help’

From what we know of the Republican participants, they were “never Trumper’s” - conservative writer Bill Kristol and former Chairman of the Republican National Committee Michael Steele – both now part of the anti-Trump Lincoln Project.  From the Democrat side were former White House ethics czar Norm Eisen, progressive Democratic strategist Adam Jentleson, high-level Democrat consultant Donna Brazile, and close Clinton counsel John Podesta.

According to reports:

It was a very varied group. We had people who had worked for members of Congress at senior levels. We had people who had been members of Congress from both parties. We had nationally prominent journalists, PR and communication professionals, as well as people who had worked for big tech companies, social movement leaders.” Sixty-seven people participated as active “players” in one or more of the scenario exercises, while experts on election law, democratic reform, national security, media, and politics observed and gave recommendations.

According to The New American, this group has also been linked to George Soros.  A letter from the 2015 Wikileaks Drop to John Podesta from Rosa Brooks shows the planning of the TIP referencing plenty of "talent".

In a damning blow to the Transition Integrity Project’s facade of bipartisanship and neutrality, an unearthed email reveals founder Rosa Brooks’s close ties to globalist mega-donor George Soros, Hillary Clinton Campaign Chairman John Podesta, and former National Security Adviser to Joe Biden Jake Sullivan

Points of Extreme Bias & Artificial Constructs

For Transition Integrity Project, the concept of “election night,” is no longer accurate and indeed is dangerous. “We face a period of contestation stretching from the first day a ballot is cast in mid-September until January 20. The winner may not, and we assess likely will not be known on 'election night' as officials count mail-in ballots. This period of uncertainty provides opportunities for an unscrupulous candidate to cast doubt on the legitimacy of the process and to set up an unprecedented assault on the outcome”. They assume this candidate to be Trump.

They say “voting fraud is virtually non-existent, but Trump lies about it to create a narrative designed to politically mobilize his base and to create the basis for contesting the results should he lose. The potential for violent conflict is high, particularly since Trump encourages his supporters to take up arms”. Their media allies echo this construct, see this excerpt from the Washington Post:

Let’s be clear. There is only one political party in American politics embracing violence. There is only one side refusing to denounce all political violence. There is only one side talking about bringing guns to the polls; one side attempting  to turn federal law-enforcement officials into an arm of a political  party. And Trump is trying to use law enforcement to revive tactics historically used to bully voters of color from voting — tactics not seen in 40 years”.

In reality, all the street protests, riots, and violence during the Trump era, actually, since Occupy Wall Street in 2011 onward, come from the LEFT.  Moreover, leftist groups tied to Obama and the Democrat National Committee (DNC) blatantly fund and encourage “resistance” on the street. For example, a group called Indivisible, linked to Obama and the DNC’s Organizing for Action (OFA), distributed a practical guide “to resist the Trump agenda,” in which they say “unfavorable exchanges caught on video can be devastating for a Member of Congress.” Such actions have been commonplace throughout the Trump era. Remember when activists confronted a squirmy Senator Jeff Flake in an elevator during the Kavanaugh hearings.

Obama’s Organizing for Action, signed up over 1.1 million people to take some kind of action, which resulted in 2,500 events that Organizing for Action hosted or participated in. The important point is left-wing institutions, the DNC and Obama alumni groups – are a hub for nearly every major Street movement since Occupy Wall St – BLM, Ferguson, the Woman’s March, Ending the Electoral College, the Green New Deal.  They compensate and bail out protesters. These are not Trump groups, nor are always peaceful.

Extremely Troubling Concocted Outcomes

Transition Integrity Project says the inspiration for their exercise came from the election of 1876. In 1876, Republicans controlled both the White House and the Senate, but the Democrats had taken back the House. On election night, Republican, Rutherford B Hayes, had a narrow electoral college victory, his opponent a small lead in the popular vote. In some states, the counts were in dispute. Days before inauguration, a grand political bargain was made, “the compromise of 1877.” Democrats would concede on condition that Republicans would end reconstruction in the South. Hayes gave into the demand, became President, and Jim Crow laws became common in the South.

Here is what their various scenarios predict

1. If Both Candidates Declared Victory:

The Biden campaign will deploy its influencers to social media and mainstream media. Social networks have already declared that they will suppress any early claims of victory by the Trump side, “influencers” are likely to be heard, but Team Trump might not. TIP recommends:

    • Organize 1,000 “influencers” from the media and Hollywood, to denounce efforts to steal the election.
    • Organize all living presidents to stand with Biden and denounce Trump administration efforts to subvert the democratic process.
    • Work with local Democratic elected officials to call on the Adjutant General of the National Guard, along with representatives from the technology sector, to monitor recounts.
    • Organize a bipartisan “National Day for Restoration of Democracy” and a “National Day of Unity,” both including faith leaders.
    • Attempt a work stoppage/strike as part of an overall effort to push corporate leaders to insist that all ballots be counted.

Team Biden would then encourage “peaceful rallies,” but expect the Trump administration to put them down with the National Guard. They don’t explain why Trump would use the national guard if the rallies are peaceful. Maybe they are not actually going to be peaceful at all? They want, “mass protests to demonstrate the public’s commitment to a “legitimate” outcome, with the objective of hardening the resolve of Democratic elected officials to fight and take action, and to dramatize the stakes.”

2. A Clear Trump Win:

Trump wins the electoral college but not the popular vote.  Again, Team Biden encourages peaceful protests, only here, the protests do turn violent, and they frame it as a result of “the Trump Campaign planting agent provocateurs into the protests throughout the country to ensure these protests turned violent and helped further the narrative of a violent insurrection against a lawfully elected president”.

The Biden campaign would then retract their concession and “capitalize on the public’s outrage that for the third time in 20 years a candidate lost the popular vote but won the Electoral College”. They also would raise concern widespread voter suppression before and on Election Day, and encourage states with Democrat Governors to demand recounts and suggest the results are questionable due to voter suppression.  It should also be noted that the vote by mail option, encouraged by Democrats often invalidates up to 20% of ballots – given them ample talking points to say voters were disenfranchised.

Inspired by 1877, participants suggested chaos could be avoided by using the unrest as leverage: “With advice from President Obama, the Biden Campaign submitted a proposal to 1) Give statehood to Washington, DC and Puerto Rico; 2) Divide California into five states to more accurately represent its population in the Senate; 3) Require Supreme Court justices to retire at 70, and 4) Eliminate the Electoral College, to ensure that the candidate who wins to the popular vote becomes President”. Note again, this is the plan for a CLEAR TRUMP WIN.

    1. A Clear Biden victory:

This scenario expects Trump will have no leverage to contest the results but worry Trump will make foreign deals for his businesses post-presidency, or issue pardons they don’t like.  These suggestions probably come from the “never Trump” or Lincoln Project members of the group, who hate Trump. They were not bothered that candidate Joe Biden is the one with many foreign business “perks.” See Profiles in Corruption by Peter Schweizer on this topic.  Or that new report from the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs (HSGAC) and the Committee on Finance, detailing how former Vice President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden was involved in some serious dirty dealings including allegations that he received millions of dollars from the wife of an ex-Moscow Mayor.

A groundswell of actions recommended by the TIP has already begun: Faith leaders, influencers announcing support for Biden.

In the end, it will be a feat to replicate the LOVE President Trump has for his supporters and America. There is still time to vote, and build on the new coalitions' pollsters have hinted at: increasing the Black vote, Hispanic vote, Democrat walkaways, and previous Democrat areas like in Minnesota where six Mayors recently swung to Trump. The left is not aligned with the American spirit and people love Trump too. “The value of love will always be stronger than the value of hate.”
